        Hi Ema, I honestly not entirely sure do you know what the brokers in your company did to me. I have no idea do you recognise why i have to use this channel.

        1: Ms Roni Stern, my account manager have not contacted me since early Jan 2016.

        2: I have emailed to Ms Roni and Mr Jay and cc-ed to supports@10markets:disqus .com but to no avail.

        3: I have three accounts, two are major. On my first incident when I want to push to withdraw, the first major account’s value dropped till it busted. The reason why it busted is because three “losing trades”mysteriously appeared on my account; to which the reason for that is because the trade was “done at company level and hence were not reflected.”

        4: The second major account now dropped from 160K last wed (30/03/2016) to 20K last friday (01/04/2016); after I made comments online and fb post. Today, the comments on the fb post disappeared. I have noticed that there are trades that are worth 50K on 01/04/2016 are not released and now worth only 13k today, 04/04/2016. I have pictures to substantiate.

        5: I have lost approx 40K into my initial deposit of approx 80K.

        6: My last withdrawal is 04 Sept 2015.

        Why am I broadcasting this? Its either 10markets is a scam platform, or the brokers are a scam and there are no change on their activities. I got a feeling all my money will be gone very soon; and I have to accept that. But in the mean time, any one else who wants to trade in 10markets must be warned. Until this right is redressed, how can I, a foreigner of UK, with no legal help and no one to support, watch his life savings as well as his future goes down the drain while others sits at restaurants sipping their wine at their “days’ work”. If 10markets isnt a scam, then something has to be done. Like: even a call back.

        This whole incident is ridiculous.

          As far as I understand you’ve been trading with us for almost a year,
          you’ve made extensive profits with the help of one of our Market Coachers Roni.

          Moreover, you’ve received withdrawals many times both via wire transfers
          and credit cards.

          Although you have a big bonus on your account, which means that in order
          to withdraw your funds and close the account you need to reach your minimum
          trading volume to turn over your bonus and liquidize the funds.

          Unfortunately your Portfolio Manager is indeed on an extremely busy
          schedule lately but we can reassure you that we will contact you within a few
          business days to come to an agreement about your account.

    It’s weird to see all these bad reviews here…
    I’ve been with 10 Markets for a bit less than half a year by now and I’m overall content with their services, I’m trading both Forex and Binary (I really like their platform tho – it’s fast and comfy). The times I needed help I always got a quick response from the support.
    My broker is very professional and actually helped me a lot in understanding the markets, I like sessions with analysts as well.

    When I asked for a withdrawal it took some time – around 2 weeks – but I got the money back to my account. I traded with other companies that dodn’t release the funds at all so I know what to check amonst other things
    I’m used to this platform and I like the services provided and I know that I can get the profits so I would say they’re ok
